Role
DMflow.chat supports various user roles with specific permissions:
Tenant Creator: Has all permissions.
System Administrator: Similar to Tenant Creator but cannot use live customer support.
Bot Editor: Can use templates, resources, and processes.
Bot Analyst: Can view logs.
Bot Tester: Can test bots, usually paired with Bot Editor.
Domain Manager: Manages all domains.
General User: Can use the dashboard.
Event Manager: Can use bot push notifications.
Chat Agent: Can be assigned as a customer service representative.
